• FAQ

Q: I can't connect 2FA, it shows that the code is incorrect.
A: There may be several solutions: 1. Each time the page is reloaded, a new QR-code is generated to connect in terminal. You may have added the Finandy site to the Google Authenticator app and then reloaded the terminal page. In this case, you need to delete the Finandy account in the Google Authenticator app and scan a new QR-code from the terminal. 2. Your phone clock is not synchronized. In this case, you need to do a clock sync, delete the Finandy website in the Google Authenticator app, and scan a new QR-code from the terminal.
Q: I have lost access to Google Authenticator, what should I do? A: Write to support to go through the recovery procedure.
Q: Can the code from Google Authenticator be faked? A: You can only fake the code if you pass the secret key that is shown when you connect or someone gets access to your phone.
