Common errors

Position fails to open

  • Is there enough balance in marketplace wallet for the signal?

  • Order rejected if futures order uses wallet's entire margin.

  • Disable Master Hook option if enabled.

  • Is the open tab inactive?

  • If using an indicator, Position with Strategy setting won't work.

  • Ensure that there is enough volume for all grid orders. For example, in the screenshot, the order amount in the grid is 2 USDT (total sum = 10 divided by 20 orders), which is less than the minimum allowed volume.

  • Check if Futures leverage size is within the maximum allowable limit.

  • Hedging mode must be enabled to open both Long and Short positions on the same pair simultaneously.

  • Verify if there is an existing position on the currency pair.

  • Check "positionSide" parameter, if "positionSide" is "flat", no position will be opened. Refer to signal log for details.

  • Check "positionSide" parameter. If you have an indicator, rather than a strategy, the value should be "Both" or "Long only" or "Short only".

  • To ensure correct processing, it is recommended to add a timeout of at least 2 seconds between signals. This prevents two signals from arriving simultaneously.

  • Check limits, you might have exceeded them.
