In what cases can this help? 👉 Wrong balance of wallet 👉 Position is out of sync on Futures Market 👉 Display error or does not allow creating an order or the order is missing during the permutation (but this does not necessarily help).
Of course, if you make mistakes, you have to let me know so we can deal with the error first. You don't have to write about margin balances, because I know about this problem, everything else - be sure to inform me. On average, the account reboots for about 10 seconds.
❗Without reasons do not need to reboot the account.
Above and below the Order Form is a list of Buy and Sell bids.
There is a switch on top: Long / Short / Exchange
Below is the Form settings
Switch #1
Place a real order
Place a virtual order (in development), which, when the price reaches, will create a real order or simply send a signal
Switch #2
Limit (L) - order with fixed price
Floating (F) - an automatic floating Limit order at last price in the order book
Market (M) - execution of orders in the order book
Stop order (O) - the order will be created at the price specified in the form when the Stop price (trigger price) is reached by the trend.
Switch #3
Scaled orders (in development)
By default, we set the Price field to a number that will execute the order on the market, i.e. you only need to set the Quantity and Stop price at which the quantity on the market will be executed.
When averaging a position manually in the form, the line "Price gap" appears - the percentage of gap after the execution of the averaging order.
You can either set the percentage of gap and the Amount/Sum of the order will be calculated automatically, or type the Amount or Sum, and the percentage of the backlog will also be calculated automatically.
The calculations will take into account all open averaging orders, which are located between the price of the new order and the price of the position.
